4th Annual PHC
Raleigh’s 4th Annual Project Homeless Connect will take place on Thursday, September 23 (2010) from 9am-4pm. The event will remain in its usual location, Moore Square in downtown. Volunteers, donations, and sponsors are all crucial to the success of this year’s event.
